Why RegLogic
Anyone can host the CFR. Understanding it is the product.
The regulation text is public. What Mancomm has built over 30 years is the system that makes it readable, findable, and defensible — and RegLogic is that system, kept current every single day.

The problem
The three ways teams read regulations today — and where each fails.
Print books are trusted, tangible, and out of date the day after they ship. A standard amended in March isn't in the book printed in January, and a citation built on superseded text is a bad day in an informal conference. Mancomm knows this better than anyone — we've printed these books for three decades, and we built RegLogic to be what print can't: continuously current.
The eCFR and OSHA.gov are authoritative and free — and nearly unusable under time pressure. Search assumes you know the citation. The text renders as an undifferentiated wall. Letters of Interpretation live in a separate corner of the site, unconnected to the standards they interpret. It works if regulation reading is your full-time job; it fails on a jobsite with an inspector waiting.
Asking someone — the consultant, the veteran, the trade group — is only as good as their availability and memory, and it leaves nothing behind. The answer you got in March isn't documented anywhere in October's audit.
The RegLogic answer
Editorial rigor, engineered into software.
RegLogic starts from the same source text as the eCFR and applies everything Mancomm has learned since 1994 about how safety professionals actually consume regulations. The patented color-coded outline system makes nested requirements and exceptions visually distinct. Plain-language smart search maps field questions to precise citations. Letters of Interpretation attach to the sections they clarify, with summaries that respect your time. Pins, notes, and history turn reading into a compounding reference library your whole team can share.
And underneath all of it: same-day updates. When OSHA amends a standard, your library reflects it before your print book even knows it's obsolete. That's not a feature — that's the reason the product exists.
Put RegLogic side-by-side with your current workflow — plans from $3.95/mo.
