When you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, request a demo, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company, and message contents. When you use RegLogic, we collect usage data (pages viewed, searches performed, features used) to operate and improve the service. Payment information is processed by our payment providers and is not stored on our servers.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and improve RegLogic, respond to your requests, send service communications, and — if you opt in — send newsletters and product updates. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Your notes and annotations
Notes, pins, and tags you create in RegLogic belong to you (or your organization, on Team and Enterprise plans). They are stored encrypted and are never shared outside your account or organization scope.

We use essential cookies for authentication and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the app to function.
Data retention and your rights
We retain account data while your account is active and as required for legal and business purposes.
