What is RegLogic?
RegLogic is Mancomm's digital regulation platform: the complete OSHA, DOT, and related federal regulations in patented color-coded formatting, searchable in plain language, updated the same day changes publish, with notes, pins, and Letters of Interpretation attached in context.
Which regulations are included?
OSHA 29 CFR 1910 (General Industry) and 1926 (Construction), 49 CFR Hazardous Materials and FMCSR, maritime standards, pipeline safety rules, Part 1904 recordkeeping, and OSHA Letters of Interpretation — with libraries expanding continuously.
How current is the regulation text?
Same-day. When a final rule publishes in the Federal Register, RegLogic reflects the change immediately — no new edition to buy, no update to install.
What's included in the Core plan?
Core ($3.95/mo or $39.95/yr) includes full web and mobile access, offline capability via GR Reader, same-day regulatory updates, favorites, Letters of Interpretation inline, and enterprise-enabled features.
What is the color-coded formatting?
Mancomm's patented RegLogic formatting system uses color and typography to expose the structure of dense regulatory text — parts, sections, paragraphs, exceptions — so you can read a standard the way its authors structured it.
Does RegLogic work offline?
Yes. The GR Reader mobile app (iOS and Android, included on both Core and Essentials) stores your full subscribed library on the device and syncs your notes and pins when you're back in coverage.

What do the plans cost?
Core is $3.95/month ($39.95/year) and Essentials is $9.95/month ($99.95/year). Annual billing saves two months. Enterprise licensing is available for teams needing shared notes and admin controls — call 1-800-MANCOMM.
What's in the Essentials plan?
Everything in Core plus smart LOI summaries, personal notes attached to regulation sections, tags (coming September 2026), and the HazMat 101 table tool.
What about teams and enterprise?
Both plans are enterprise-enabled. For volume licensing, organization-wide shared notes, admin controls, and dedicated onboarding — contact 1-800-MANCOMM for custom pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual by choice) with no contracts. Cancel from your account at any time.
Do you offer team or volume discounts?

RegLogic presents the same CFR text published by the government, kept current with the Federal Register. For court filings cite the official GPO/eCFR version; for daily compliance work, RegLogic gets you to the same words dramatically faster.
