Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the RegLogic website, web application, and mobile applications operated by Mancomm, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use RegLogic on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually as selected, renew automatically, and can be canceled at any time from your account — cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Content and accuracy
RegLogic presents federal regulatory text with Mancomm's proprietary formatting, organization, and tooling. While we work to keep content current with the Federal Register and accurate in presentation, RegLogic is a reference tool, not legal advice, and Mancomm does not warrant that the service satisfies any particular legal obligation. For official legal citation, consult the government's published CFR. You are responsible for compliance decisions made using the service.
Intellectual property
Federal regulation text is public domain. Mancomm's color-coded formatting system (patented), software, design, summaries, and compilations are the property of Mancomm, Inc. RegLogic® is a registered trademark of Mancomm, Inc. Your subscription grants a personal (or organizational, per plan) non-transferable license to use the service; it does not permit scraping, bulk redistribution, or resale of the formatted content. Notes and annotations you create remain yours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unauthorized access, no interference with operation, no sharing of individual credentials beyond your plan's seats, and no use of the service to violate law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mancomm disclaims implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
