Product · Features

Every feature exists to get you from question to citation faster.

RegLogic isn't a document viewer with the CFR loaded into it. It's a purpose-built reading, searching, and referencing system for federal regulations — built by the team that has published them in print since 1994.

RegLogic® formatting

The patented color-coded outline that made the print books famous.

Federal regulatory text is written as nested outlines — paragraphs within paragraphs, exceptions within exceptions — then printed as an undifferentiated wall of words. Mancomm's patented RegLogic formatting assigns each outline level a distinct color and indentation, so the structure of the rule is visible at a glance. You can see where a requirement ends and its exception begins. On screen, that same system gets live navigation: jump levels, collapse sections, follow cross-references without losing your place.

The same color-coded clarity, live in the RegLogic app — with Letters of Interpretation linked in place.

Letters of Interpretation

The regulation is the rule. LOIs are how OSHA enforces it.

OSHA's Letters of Interpretation answer the questions the regulation text leaves open — and they're scattered across OSHA.gov where almost nobody finds them. RegLogic attaches relevant LOIs directly to the sections they interpret, so when you read §1926.501(b)(13) you also see the letters that define what "residential construction" actually means in enforcement. Smart summaries distill letters that run 14 to 100 pages down to the operative answer, with the full text one tap away.

Letters of Interpretation attached directly to §1910.147 — the same treatment every standard gets.

Pins · Notes · History

Turn the CFR into your operation's reference library.

Pin the sections your operation lives by so they're one tap away. Annotate them with site-specific guidance — which machines this applies to, who owns the inspection, where the written program lives. Your history gets you back to anything you've viewed. Notes carry forward through every regulatory update: write once, keep forever. On Team and Enterprise plans, notes can be shared across the organization so tribal knowledge stops living in one person's head.

GR Reader mobile

Full library on the device. No signal required.

The GR Reader app for iOS and Android carries your entire subscribed library offline — jobsites, basements, mechanical rooms, vehicles, remote facilities. Everything syncs when you're back in coverage: pins, notes, history, and the regulations themselves. A safety manager standing in front of a scaffold doesn't wait for bars; neither should the standard that governs it.

Always current

Updated the day the rules change.

A print book is accurate the day it ships and drifts from reality every day after. RegLogic updates the day OSHA publishes an amendment — the same editorial team that has produced Mancomm's CFR content since 1994, working continuously instead of once a print cycle. You'll never cite a superseded regulation in an audit response again. The HazMat 101 Tool applies the same treatment to the §172.101 Hazardous Materials Table, unifying a table that's nearly impossible to read in print.
